Follow-up Support Packages

Remote support is available for current clients to purchase. Sessions are divided into 15-minute increments and are delivered via FaceTime, phone conversation, Zoom, or email.

Follow-up support can give a boost to clients who are troubleshooting existing homework, or who need clarification.

These micro-sessions are ideal for clients whose training plans need a small adjustment and when there are no other current training goals that would necessitate an hour-long regular training session.

While we can address any topic covered during our regular training, support sessions are especially efficient and economical for potty training, independence training, and feeding issues.

Follow-up support packages: 4 sessions (15 minutes each), $130. These can be purchased here, on our payments page.

Free Follow-up Email Support

All clients are encouraged to email me a summary of their understanding of the homework. Many humans incorporate the lesson best when it is processed through their own words. Simple bullet points are often sufficient.

I usually respond within 2 to 5 days to supplement your summary, at no additional cost.

Clients will occasionally pre-emptively receive an email with a few video links, bullet points, or attachments after a session. This is not a guaranteed service.

Clients seeking an email reminder at no additional cost must contact me first with their summary within a week of their private session or consultation. Extensive email documentation, especially when not initiated by the client within one week of the session, is provided through the paid follow-up support package.

Free Follow-up Phone Support

Alternatively, if a client would rather ask questions via phone call after a training session, instead of an email response, this can also be provided at no additional charge provided that the call is scheduled within one week of the session, and the complimentary call doesn’t exceed fifteen minutes. Anything more extensive will require either a paid follow-up support package or will need to be addressed in a future training session.

Follow up phone and email support is intended as a supplement to information covered during training sessions, and are not generally amenable to teaching brand new lessons.

I am not available for calls or emails on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Free Live Video Podcast Support
